Does anyone else think it's sad that when I first started this blog, I got in at most 14 posts in a month, whereas now I'm lucky to post 5 in one month? I think it's sad. I'm so un-dedicated. I think i'm going to try and get in 15 posts in one month this year. Yeah...just thought I'd point that out.

Just kidding. Heh. I'm also realizing the completely random titles I give about all my posts. It's just a year of self-discovery people! Or, blog-discovery, I guess... But do they confuse you as much as they do me? I understand them when I type them, even though they have absolutely NOTHING to do with what I'm talking about, but upon rereading them I'm just completely lost. In case you were curious, most of them are lyrics of the song I'm listening to at the time. Like, "The clouds are all on fire" is from Bloodshot by Jack's Mannequin. In case you were wondering. And "For all I thought I'd ever need, it's hard to face the holidays without" is Winter Passing by The Academy Is... That sentence doesn't even make sense! It has to do with the holiday season and stuff and that's what I was talking about but... I should really pick more fitting titles, shouldn't I? There's also the occasional quote. "Everyone thinks I'm a satist now..." was January 25, 2008's title. Someone said that. Who you may ask? I have no idea. It must have been funny I at the time. Now I just hope it wasn't me who said it. Not that I know what a satist is anyway...
I'm not ready to go back to school yet. Only one whole day left, them I'm forced back into purgatory. I'm sure I'll have just about as much fun as last semester, but I just don't want to go back yet. Can't we have one more week? It's all icy outside! My sleeping schedule is all messed up! I can't go to bed between 11:30 and 1:30 then wake up somewhere between 9 and noon for school! It's really going to be a bummer. Oh well, some things are just inevitable. I've enjoyed not suffering, Chemistry. I've missed you Psychology, but not really. See you in a couple days. *sigh*

The Life And Freakin' Times
Well, after being jipped of my All Time Low concert and taken to freakin' Disney World, this just had to happen. The time some decent bands come to Sioux Falls for an event not related to LifeLight, the only band I go to see cancels. I don't blame The Cab. They haven't said anything as far as I know, but bands only cancel if something bad happens, such as an illness, injury or van breakdown, etc. How would they make money otherwise? It's not their fault, it's just my luck.
Life is not looking up, especially after this little incident. After missing a week of school, my grades are suffering. I only have A's in Spanish and Psychology, my easy classes. Everything else is not good. B's in Geometry and English, a D in Chemistry and I am failing Modern Civilization. Seeing as I usually keep straight A's, this is not a good ordeal. My parents get pissed if I have B's, and midterms are coming home this week. Chemistry I completely don't understand, I wouldn't be surprised if that grade just sank lower and lower. Mr. Bechard is frustrating, and he doesn't really teach ANYTHING. We have a multitude of homework today, that I haven't completed due to my lack of understanding of ANY of it. Modern Civ, I'm not worried about, which sound odd. But, I just missed a test and Mr. Pooley entered the grade and mine is listed as missing. I intend to make that up tomorrow afternoon, and then I will have at least a B. I'm fine in that category. After the stupid English project is over, I won't be so stressed over that. There's no hope for Chemistry, but all I can do is pray that I understand it eventually.
We're studying stress in Psych these days, and I can't help but think of myself. Mr. Aukerman even found some stress tests specifically for me. I didn't take them, but the message was clear. It's not just me feeling I'm stressed out. It's obviously noticable. I don't seem to sleep enough every night, I always feel exhausted and brain-dead during school. That mindless feeling does not help me concentrate in the least bit, and I wonder why I'm bombing things and getting bad grades in classes.
Oh, yeah. I missed a freakin' week for the Happiest Place On Earth. Looking back, it wasn't magical. It only caused pain now.

Exactly.
Well I'd rather not talk about school, seeing as most of you reading my words here attend to the same pit of hell I do. And if you don't, I'm sure you don't want to here about anything miserable such as high school. Exactly.
But music, see, spreads the joy. Along with bashing your head against a SmartBoard and needing more coffee (*coughcoughPsychologycoughcough*).
YAY REMEDY DRIVE!!! Daylight has come! AND IT ROCKS MY WORLD!!! And it should yours too! I'm so excited to see them at LifeLight in a couple of days (AAAHHHH!). Hopefully knowing the songs by the deepest part of my heart will make it even more enjoyable. I'm not quite sure how...but it will! Somehow! Stand Up and All Along are most definitely amazing. Along with Daylight, Hope, What Happens (At The End), Something Made To Last, Belong With You, Heartbeat, Get To Know You, The Sunshine Above The Weather and Valuable. Exactly.
I'm pretty much as equally, if not even more excited for Lost In The Sound Of Seperation, to be delivered September 2nd from Underøath. Hand delivered? I wish. But still. It's exciting stuff. I've only heard the Purevolume version of Desperate Times, Desperate Measures but that song has motivated me to buy the album the day it's released. Along with my obsessive compulsive need to have physical copies of CD's. And seeing as I already have two of Underøath's... Exactly. I sure wish they were going to be at LifeLight. Maybe next year? As long as I see Remedy Drive's shows (yes, plural. AAAHHHH!) I'll be good. Not to mention Switchfoot and Family Force 5.
But enough chatter from me, don't you have something better to do? Exactly.
